Palmer on Passing of Rep. Ron Wright

Birmingham, AL – Congressman Ron Wright of Texas's Sixth District died Sunday night after a battle with lung cancer and a diagnosis with COVID-19. Congressman Gary Palmer (AL-06) released the following statement:

"I am deeply saddened by the passing of Representative Wright. He represented Texas proudly and served our country honorably during his time in Congress. I was privileged to serve with him and will miss him. Ann and I send our condolences to his family and are praying for them during this difficult time."
