Palmer Remembers Anniversary of the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks

September 10, 2015

For Immediate Release

Washington D.C. – Congressman Gary Palmer (R-AL) notes the 14th anniversary of the 9/11/2001 terrorist attacks on the U.S. and encourages all Americans to remember the men and women who died that day, as well as those who gave their lives fighting Al-Quada and their allies. Palmer says the following:

"The tragic events of 9/11, in which nearly 3000 Americans died, forced our nation to confront the reality that we were at war with a radical and fanatical sect of Islam. This anniversary is another reminder that Americans need to remain vigilant in opposing all those who threaten our freedom and security."
