Washington, D.C. – Today, the Biden administration announced a hold on new liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminals. This comes at a time where the United States became the world’s leading exporter of LNG in 2023. The stated reason for this pause was to study the impact of new terminals on climate change. Washington, D.C. – Following his no vote on the Continuing Resolution (CR) in the House of Representatives today, Representative Gary Palmer (AL-06) released the following statement:
“Unfortunately, this CR continues to spend at the same unsustainable levels I have opposed in the past. At some point we must confront the reality that we have to reduce spending. I am disappointed we are still passing CRs. I will continue to push for sensible spending cuts and sensible fiscal policy.”

Washington, D.C. – Following the introduction of the Retirement Freedom Act, Representative Gary Palmer (AL-06) released the following statement:
On Tuesday, the Colorado Supreme Court released a controversial ruling removing former President Donald J. Trump from the Republican primary ballot in the state.
Congressman Gary Palmer (R-Hoover) said he believes that the Supreme Court will have to look at that ruling, which he said is on “shaky ground.” Palmer made his comments Wednesday on Birmingham radio program 105.5 FM Alabama’s Morning News with JT.

U.S. Rep. Gary Palmer (R-Hoover) thinks there’s more than enough evidence to justify the impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden.
Earlier this week the House voted 221-212 in support of the impeachment inquiry into whether Biden improperly benefited from his son’s foreign business dealings. The vote occurred shortly after Hunter Biden refused to comply with a congressional subpoena.
