WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the House of Representatives passed H.R. 4, the Rescissions Act of 2025. The bill rescinds $8.3 billion in wasteful foreign aid spending and $1.1 billion of federal funding for the Corporation of Public Broadcasting, totaling $9.4 billion in rescissions.
