During an appearance on Fox News on Wednesday, U.S. Rep. Gary Palmer (R-Hoover) said all, regardless of party affiliation, should be concerned about how sensitive documents were being handled.
The veteran Republican federal lawmaker said the problem began with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who also had her own problems with a server that allegedly held sensitive information.

The House Republican Steering Committee on Tuesday selected several conservative firebrands to serve on the Oversight Committee during the 118th Congress, including multiple members who previously had their committee assignments stripped by House Democrats during the previous Congress.

Washington, D.C. – Following the announcement of committee assignments by House Republicans, Rep. Gary Palmer (AL-06) shared his reappointments to the House Energy and Commerce Committee and the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability.

Wednesday, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the “Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act,” which says that a baby born after an attempted abortion is considered a “legal person for all purposes under the laws of the United States.” It also requires doctors to provide “reasonably diligent and conscientious health care practitioners would render to any other child born alive.”
The bill passed by a vote of 220-210, with all of the “no” votes coming from Democrats.
