There are a lot of lingering questions about Attorney General Merrick Garland’s elevation of David Weiss to special counsel.

Weiss, the U.S. Attorney tasked with investigating alleged wrongdoing by Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, was not from outside of government, as many believe the special counsel statute requires.

Congress will “correct” President Biden’s decision to put Space Command headquarters in Colorado rather than Alabama, House members from Alabama said Saturday.

Republican Alabama Rep. Mike Rogers told the Business Council of Alabama the courts corrected Biden on plans to cancel student loan debt. “On this issue, the legislative branch is going to correct him.”

Members of the Alabama House Congressional delegation are reacting to the latest controversy surrounding former President Donald Trump.

Special Counsel Jack Smith announced another set of indictments Tuesday against Trump, making it the third time he’s been charged with criminal activity this year.

Trump is being charged with conspiring to defraud the U.S., conspiring to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.

WASHINGTON – The two IRS whistleblowers who alleged the Justice Department meddled in an investigation into President Biden's son, Hunter Biden, were not convincing, Democrats told Fox News. 

"I believe that they believe themselves. Whether they're right or wrong, really is in their mind and the determination of other people," Rep. Kweisi Mfume said. "I happen to believe that they're wasting time on this."
