June 2019 Updates

Recently, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez callously compared detention centers at the U.S. southern border to the concentration camps of the Holocaust. Amidst deserved criticism, Ocasio-Cortez not only refused to apologize, but doubled down on her comments. Meanwhile, Democrats continue to ignore anti-Semitism in their own ranks and for many weeks refused to pass legislation to help to the legitimate humanitarian crisis at the southern border. This sort of behavior from the Democrats has become routine since they took the House majority: divisive rhetoric combined with little action to address real issues that matter to the American people.

From my perspective, we must put the rhetoric aside, pursue sound policies and solutions, and address real issues that are important to hardworking Americans.
