Palmer Hosting Multiple Town Halls

Birmingham, AL – Congressman Gary Palmer (AL-06) will host several town halls throughout the Sixth Congressional District during the last week of August. All events are open to the public and will give the people of the district the opportunity to ask questions, offer comments, and share their opinions on current events with Congressman Palmer.

It has been a busy summer for the staff and me, and I'm now looking forward to some time to reconnect with many of you in the Sixth District during the August district work period. For many families with children out of school, summer is the time for family vacations, and a lot of 6th District families have been making Washington their vacation destination. The staff and I have enjoyed seeing so many folks from the district stopping by my Congressional office to visit and start their Capitol building tours. For those of you who have not yet visited our nation's capital, I encourage to bring your family up for a memorable vacation. While many people are taking some well-earned vacation time, Congress is continuing to work.
